Wednesday, 06 February 2008

Episode 7 Introduction to SCRUM
Written by Robert Senour
Friday, 10 August 2007

SCRUM! Every so often we look at the process of making games, and realize there HAS to be a better way. There has to be a way to track what we’re doing, meet expectations as well as satisfy management. SCRUM does all of this and more. Mac interviews Michael Cohn, who is an expert on SCRUM and a consultant to game companies. Combined with Mac's 25 years of game making, this interview is like none before. It might very well change the way YOU make games, both paper and video.
